    Questions

    About the Candidate Pack Generator

Is it for candidates or interviewers?

Candidates, by default: the process, who they'll meet and how to prepare. The interview panel version is for your interviewers, with the candidate summary and the interview plan.

Can I make one per candidate?

Yes. Make one pack for everyone interviewing for a role, or one per person with their own dates and names.

Will the agent tell candidates things I haven't shared?

No. It answers from the pack and your files. Anything else, like a pay question you didn't cover, it hands to the contact you name.
